TROLLEY TYPE SKIMMERS:

The trolley type oil separators are specially designed to remove the separable oil,waste oils,vegetable oils,animal fats,froths,dairy waste scum fats etc from the effluent.Thus the recovered oil can be used as raw material for other products to achieve savings. The oil skimmer tank has a special design.The oil/fat is collected through either DEOILIER pipe mechanism or slotted troughs.

Motorized trolley with four wheels with anti-friction bearings travels to & fro on MS rails having electrical limit switches on either side.Control panel consists of control panel consists of air break reversing contractors,timer etc.Push button station,flexible cable,drive consist of electrical motor,415 V, 50 C/s, 3 phase AC, helical/worm reduction gearbox, chain etc. Hand operated slotted pipe mechanism would be there to collect the oil.Till now we have installed the oil skimmers in different industries like sugar, oil, feed, pharmaceuticals, dairies etc.
